Do you check my payslips or employment contract?
No. Tacit doesn't ask for documents and doesn't look anything up in registers. The verdict is based on what you declare, so it is only as accurate as your answers. A landlord will still ask for proof when you apply.
What does "sealed" mean?
Once issued, your three documents can't be edited. They carry a seal reference and the date they were issued, so it's clear which rules and which declaration they are based on.
Who can see my answers?
Only you. Your answers become your Declaration, one of your three documents, and it holds your household and income as you declared them. Your Positioning and Narrative explain the outcome. We share the documents with no one, and they are valid for 90 days: until then you can download them again and anyone can check them by scanning their QR code. After 90 days they expire and we delete them; ask us and we delete them sooner. See the Privacy Policy.
My income or household changed. What now?
A verdict reflects one moment. Request a new verdict with your new situation.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. Tacit reports what the rental rules say about the facts you give. It doesn't advise you on what to rent or what you can afford.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
You pay through Paddle.com with iDEAL | Wero or a card. Your documents are delivered immediately, so once they're delivered they can't be refunded because you changed your mind. You get a full refund if they aren't delivered or a technical error on our side affects them. See the Refund Policy.
